The circumstances in the country are far from rosy due to the military coup in February, the junta's reign of terror and the resulting popular uprising. But there is also hope and all kinds of bright spots. In our report we tell how our people on the ground are putting their shoulders to the wheel for education, guidance and care for the many underprivileged children and young people at the PDO High School in Mandalay. That is heart-warming to read.
