Information for schools
Every year, a few schools in primary and secondary education are active for our projects. This often happens during Christmas time or the period before Easter. Another period is of course also possible.
Forms of sponsorship
A sponsor action at a school can take various forms. As a school, you are of course free to choose the form of your sponsorship campaign and, if desired, we can think along creatively. Below are some examples:

- Primary school Theresia in Berlicum → Christmas market
- Elementary school 't Bossche Broek in 's-Hertogenbosch → Sponsor run
- Elementary school 't Schrijverke in 's-Hertogenbosch → Jubilee day
- Elementary school 't Palet Zuid in Amstelveen → Theme month
- Fioretti College in Veghel → Sponsor run and Triathlon
- Elde College in Schijndel → Action week and Christmas walk
- Udens College in Uden → Christmas market
Support & Awareness
Depending on the chosen concept, you as a school will receive support from the World Child Care foundation. Until now, every sponsor campaign started with imaging and awareness. A volunteer from our foundation comes to school to give guest lessons. He or she tells fascinating stories about the project, tailors the story to the age and perception of the target group and shows small interesting films. Of course there is also an opportunity to ask questions. However, the presentation can also take place in front of your school's teachers, tutors or mentors, who in turn bring the information into the classrooms.
Educational material
A lot of educational material has already been developed about our projects in Myanmar. The material is constantly being updated and if there are specific wishes, customization is provided. The educational material is written in Dutch, but can be translated into English on request.
Spending of the sponsor money
The World Child Care Foundation guarantees that 100% of the collected sponsor money will be spent on site. You can make an appointment with us in advance about the approach of the sponsor campaign and what the money should be spent on. That is of course one of the goals as described on our website. We do ask for some leeway in this, because the situation on site is also subject to change.

When the sponsor campaign has been completed, you as a school can transfer the money to account number NL22 INGB 0005 1176 35 in the name of. World Child Care Foundation in the town of Rosmalen. The bank's BIC code is INGBNL2A.
