Our dedicated staff members

As a foundation you can only function well if you can rely on the school management, the staff members and the teachers on site. We consider ourselves fortunate that this cooperation has been excellent for more than ten years. The 400 girls and boys of The Golden House and The Hostel are under the inspiring leadership of Yi Mon, Kyawt Kyawt and Nyein Chan.

	Yi Mon When Yi Mon joined the staff of The Golden House with Kyawt Kyawt in 2008, she was 25 years old. She had hardly any experience. She has now followed various training courses and leads the residential groups with passion. She is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year for the children.
	Kyawt Kyawt When Kyawt Kyawt joined the staff of The Golden House with Yi Mon in 2008, she was 24 years old. She has also grown enormously in her role. Kyawt Kyawt specializes in Women Empowerment through sport.
	Nyein Chan When the boys got their own accommodation at The Hostel, Nyein Chan officially became a senior staff member. He also works for the school's electricity and water department. Furthermore he is a chemistry teacher and provides tutoring for final exam students.
