Part-time teachers and foreign volunteers

Every year, the full-time teachers receive help from a few part-time teachers, who work in other programs at the PDO High School and enjoy teaching a number of lessons or giving a training. Every year, one or two foreign volunteers are also active at the school, who provide a few lessons or a specific training.

Professionalisation

The teachers are responsible for further expanding and professionalizing the curriculum. We support this by training them in English, pedagogy and didactics. The World Child Care Foundation also offers them personal development opportunities.
